margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" src="https://info.compassedu.hk/info_imgUrl_phpt9gDu5.jpg" alt="" /></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>編制都上岸了，這港大還要去讀嗎？</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h1><strong>留學(xué)不是一時(shí)沖動(dòng)。</strong></h1> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>留學(xué)的想法，最初并非出于一時(shí)的沖動(dòng)。在大三升大四的暑假期間，我開(kāi)始對(duì)我的未來(lái)發(fā)展感到擔(dān)憂和迷茫，國(guó)內(nèi)的考研競(jìng)爭(zhēng)異常激烈，尤其是像我這樣一個(gè)普通學(xué)校的學(xué)生，能考上好學(xué)校好專業(yè)的機(jī)會(huì)渺茫。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>而且，就業(yè)市場(chǎng)上，特別是在教育行業(yè)，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也很激烈，對(duì)新教師的學(xué)歷要求越來(lái)越高，本科生這一學(xué)歷在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中并不占優(yōu)勢(shì)。為了更加合理地規(guī)劃好自己的未來(lái)發(fā)展，<strong>我主動(dòng)了解了同專業(yè)學(xué)長(zhǎng)學(xué)姐的未來(lái)規(guī)劃，試圖從中獲得一些參考。</strong>在和他們的交談中，我發(fā)現(xiàn)很大一部分學(xué)長(zhǎng)學(xué)姐選擇出國(guó)深造，提高自己的綜合實(shí)力，開(kāi)拓自己的國(guó)際視野。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>并且，從學(xué)校給出的往年學(xué)生畢業(yè)去向的數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)看，<span style="color: #0086d1;">選擇留學(xué)的學(xué)生在我們學(xué)院占很大比例，學(xué)校也提供了一些學(xué)長(zhǎng)學(xué)姐的留學(xué)經(jīng)歷供我們參考。</span>在了解了以上信息之后，我認(rèn)為如果在國(guó)內(nèi)無(wú)法找到令人滿意的工作，那么去港新讀研似乎是個(gè)不錯(cuò)的選擇；我的父母也認(rèn)為留學(xué)可以作為我沒(méi)有找到滿意工作、或者是考編失敗的兜底選擇。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><img style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" src="https://info.compassedu.hk/info_imgUrl_phpRq3Wjw.jpg" alt="" width="584" height="438" /></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>因此，我最終決定開(kāi)始準(zhǔn)備留學(xué)，我在指南者留學(xué)看了很多相關(guān)案例，并且嘗試初步尋求自己的留學(xué)定位。這個(gè)時(shí)候，<span style="color: #0086d1;">我發(fā)現(xiàn)了我本校的一名學(xué)姐，她的背景情況和我十分相似</span>，并且她的錄取情況非常好，收到了新國(guó)立、港大、港中文等學(xué)校的offer，所以我從軟件上聯(lián)系了她的咨詢老師，對(duì)我的擇校進(jìn)行了更好的定位。在這一基礎(chǔ)上，老師也幫助我列出了我所需提交的材料，以及不同學(xué)校專業(yè)的具體要求，讓我能更好地為留學(xué)做準(zhǔn)備。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h1><strong>18號(hào)編制上岸，19號(hào)港大offer。</strong></h1> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>簽約后，我的重心基本都放在了考編方面，在留學(xué)方面的心思花的其實(shí)并不太多，指南者的老師給我列出了清晰的留學(xué)時(shí)間線，讓像我這樣有拖延癥的人能夠注意到每個(gè)時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)，并按時(shí)完成各項(xiàng)任務(wù)，為接下來(lái)的留學(xué)申請(qǐng)做好充足的準(zhǔn)備。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>文書撰寫過(guò)程中，老師也與我保持積極的溝通，會(huì)耐心傾聽(tīng)我的意見(jiàn)，并做出有針對(duì)性的修改。這為我節(jié)省了大量的時(shí)間，也讓我對(duì)留學(xué)申請(qǐng)更加自信。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>在準(zhǔn)備留學(xué)申請(qǐng)的過(guò)程中，我一邊參加學(xué)校組織的教育實(shí)習(xí)，在此過(guò)程中提高自己的教師綜合素養(yǎng)，為尋找工作做準(zhǔn)備；一邊整理申請(qǐng)留學(xué)材料，努力達(dá)到留學(xué)申請(qǐng)所需的各項(xiàng)要求。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>為了增強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，我在績(jī)點(diǎn)、實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷、競(jìng)賽成績(jī)等方面做了不少工作。尤其是在語(yǔ)言成績(jī)上，我不斷提高英語(yǔ)水平，提高雅思成績(jī)，努力達(dá)到目標(biāo)學(xué)院的雅思要求。而正因?yàn)楝嵤螺^多，很難方方面面都兼顧，所以在留學(xué)申請(qǐng)的過(guò)程中，指南者留學(xué)為我提供了很大的幫助，如文書的撰寫，資料的整理，學(xué)校申請(qǐng)等環(huán)節(jié)，幫助我節(jié)省了很多的時(shí)間精力，也比我自己做更加完善細(xì)致。&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="color: #0086d1;">我是在10月25日提交了申請(qǐng)，就在提交申請(qǐng)后的第二個(gè)星期，我收到了港大的面試通知，面試時(shí)間是在19號(hào)</span>，然而不巧的是我的編制考試在17號(hào)，因此港大的面試和編制考試幾乎是在同時(shí)一段發(fā)生。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><img style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" src="https://info.compassedu.hk/info_imgUrl_php1sadDo.jpg" alt="" /></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h1><strong>穩(wěn)定的工作or港大留學(xué)？</strong></h1> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>面對(duì)兩者，我猶豫了很久，因?yàn)槎吒饔欣住?lt;span style="color: #0086d1;">工作的年薪雖然并不高，但也穩(wěn)定，一個(gè)相對(duì)固定的職業(yè)未來(lái)看起來(lái)并不差。</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>然而，我也意識(shí)到，編制的工作可能意味著一眼望到頭的未來(lái)。尤其是在身邊許多同學(xué)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入計(jì)算機(jī)、人工智能、電子信息等領(lǐng)域深造后，我對(duì)自己的未來(lái)產(chǎn)生了擔(dān)憂，<span style="color: #0086d1;">疑惑自己是否要像其他優(yōu)秀的同學(xué)一樣繼續(xù)深造，探索自己更多的可能性。</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>同時(shí)，我的一些朋友，也收到了理想的offer，與她們一起去留學(xué)也是我之前的愿望之一，而現(xiàn)在可能要選擇一條新的路，讓我感到有些猶豫。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)，港大的留學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)顯然能為我?guī)?lái)更多的發(fā)展空間，體驗(yàn)更加多元化的生活，更開(kāi)拓自己的國(guó)際視野，尋求更多的機(jī)會(huì)?？墒?，留學(xué)又讓我對(duì)未來(lái)的就業(yè)情形產(chǎn)生了不少憂慮，特別是在選擇港大后，自己是否能夠順利適應(yīng)新的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境、能否在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中脫穎而出，獲得更加優(yōu)秀的就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)，這些方面也成為了我考慮的重點(diǎn)。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>針對(duì)這一問(wèn)題，我也去參加了學(xué)校組織的大型招聘會(huì)，試圖更好的了解目前的就業(yè)形式，以及我所在專業(yè)未來(lái)的發(fā)展空間。我發(fā)現(xiàn)大多數(shù)前來(lái)參加學(xué)校招聘會(huì)的大多是私立學(xué)校以及教育機(jī)構(gòu)，在仔細(xì)詢問(wèn)過(guò)后，<strong>我發(fā)現(xiàn)我的學(xué)科專業(yè)在就業(yè)市場(chǎng)上并不占很大優(yōu)勢(shì)，市場(chǎng)缺口也并不是很大了</strong>，對(duì)應(yīng)崗位前都放著厚厚的一疊簡(jiǎn)歷，可見(jiàn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)之大，而且誰(shuí)也不能確切地說(shuō)未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)會(huì)是什么樣的，很難說(shuō)未來(lái)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)是否會(huì)變得更大。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>最后，在我深思熟慮，以及與家人朋友的討論過(guò)后，我還是決定先工作，在嚴(yán)峻的就業(yè)環(huán)境下，能在家鄉(xiāng)城市找到一份穩(wěn)定的工作其實(shí)并不容易，<span style="color: #0086d1;">或許在一兩年后甚至沒(méi)有這么好的機(jī)遇。</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><img style="display: block;
